I’m not looking for résumés. I’m looking for attitude.
It doesn’t matter if you work at a big company. It doesn’t matter if you have an MBA.
What I’m looking for:
People who feel something. Not logic first — instinct first. If you read this and something clicks, that’s the signal. Rational evaluation can come later.
People with a specialty. Anything counts. IT, law, finance, healthcare, education, agriculture, art, cooking, sports. Brain Rental needs knowledge from every field.
People who move fast. Not the kind who wait for a perfect plan. The kind who act first and adjust on the fly.
People who value trust. Long-term relationships over short-term gains. Every time.
How you can be involved
There’s no single way to participate.
Project partner. Work together on specific cases. Bring your expertise to solve a client’s challenge. It’s project-based, so you can participate while keeping your day job.
Global Agent Hub local agent. Become “the local window” in your country or region. Bridge businesses between your market and Japan. → About the Global Agent Hub
A Brain for Brain Rental. You become the one lending your brain. In the future, I want to build a system where we match the right brain to the right question.
A friend. Not everything has to be business. I’m always looking for interesting people to connect with. Nationality and age don’t matter. Life gets more fun with the right people around.
Requirements
Honestly, there are almost none.
Any nationality. Japanese, American, Indian, Nigerian, Brazilian — everyone is welcome.
Any age. 20s or 60s, it doesn’t matter if you have the drive.
Any industry. In fact, the more different from mine, the more interesting.
The one real requirement: You can communicate in Japanese or English.
About compensation
At this stage, compensation is project-based.
I can’t offer a fixed salary right now. But the goal is to create value together and share it fairly.
This isn’t for people who need income immediately. This is for people who want to be part of something interesting, test their abilities, and connect with the world.
