Is this a virtual office?
No. A virtual office gives you an address and maybe a receptionist. We give you a business-fluent Japan representative who understands your industry, handles correspondence with context, conducts research, and manages relationships. The address is included, but it's the least valuable part.
How can one person do the work of a team?
AI handles the volume work: research, translation drafts, report generation, data analysis, scheduling. The human (me) handles judgment calls: relationship building, strategy, cultural navigation, quality control. It's not about working harder — it's about working differently.
What if I need more than my plan allows?
Upgrade anytime, mid-month. Or add hours at $50/hour on any plan. No penalties, no renegotiation.
Are there any additional costs?
Plan fees cover our time and expertise. Any third-party expenses incurred on your behalf — such as government filing fees, courier/postage, notarization, certified translations by licensed professionals, travel, or other out-of-pocket costs — are billed separately at actual cost with receipts. We always get your approval before incurring any expenses.
Can you help set up a Japanese subsidiary?
Yes, at the Enterprise tier. I've established legal entities in three countries. I'll coordinate with Japanese legal and accounting professionals to handle incorporation, bank accounts, and compliance.
What about in-person meetings in Japan?
Online meetings are handled on all plans. For in-person meetings, we coordinate with trusted local partners on a case-by-case basis. Most modern business in Japan now operates remotely.

Third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf (government fees, courier, notarization, certified translations, travel, professional referrals, etc.) are billed separately at actual cost with supporting documentation. No third-party expense is incurred without prior client approval.

    Confidentiality. All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required to perform agreed-upon services or as required by law.

    Governing law. Any disputes arising from services provided shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

    A detailed service agreement will be provided upon engagement.
